General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions for online ticket sales provided by Aquapark Aquacolors d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as Aquapark Aquacolors) define the terms under which the service provider operates its services toward users (hereinafter referred to as customers) via its websites:

The service consists of selecting and purchasing tickets for Aquapark Aquacolors for personal, non-commercial use. The system allows customers to download and print a ticket with a barcode, which enables entry to Aquapark Aquacolors upon scanning.
Ticket Date Change & Cancellation Policy
1. Ticket Date Change Policy
If you need to change the date of your tickets, please note the following conditions:
Up to 48 hours before the visit: Date changes are completely free of charge.
Within 48 hours of the visit date: A fee of €5.00 per ticket will be charged for any date changes.
Park closure due to bad weather: In the event that the park is closed due to severe weather conditions, date changes are free of charge. You will receive an email from our official info address containing a link where you can change your arrival date yourself free of charge.
How to change your date:
To change your arrival date, please visit our website and select your new desired date.
Important Conditions for Date Changes:
Price Difference: If the ticket cost for the newly desired date is higher than the original, you must pay the difference.
Validity: The new date must be within the same calendar year and the same operating season as the original ticket.
Additional Services (VIP Cabanas, Premium Cabanas, Gazebos, Premium Gazebos, Lockers): Please note that your previous booking conditions and availability do not automatically transfer to the new date. We cannot guarantee that additional services like cabanas, gazebos, or lockers will be available on your newly selected date, as they may already be fully booked. Availability will strictly depend on the situation on the day of your new reservation.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation costs arise from immediate expenses inherent to the transaction, such as electronic platform fees and bank charges.
Customers requesting a ticket cancellation and refund under the permitted terms must send an email to info@aquacolors.eu with the following required information (refunds will always be processed via bank transfer):
Order / Purchase Order Number
Name of the holder of the payment method used
Copy of the proof of payment
NIB / IBAN of the bank account
Name of the bank account holder
No-Show Policy:
In case of a no-show on the scheduled date, the visitor will not be entitled to any refund or reimbursement.
3. Park Entry Rules
Valid Documents Only: The only valid document for entry to the park is the official online ticket (either printed on paper or shown on a smartphone).
Refusal of Entry: If the customer does not present the official ticket, entry to the park may be refused. The park disclaims any responsibility for issues arising from missing tickets.
Proof of Payment: Please note that a bank payment receipt or proof of transfer is not valid for park entry.

Basic Services
The online ticket sales system of Aquapark Aquacolors is designed to simplify and speed up the purchase process for personal use. After a successful purchase, the customer receives an electronic ticket that can be printed or shown upon entry.

Online Ticket Sales
By purchasing tickets via http://aquacolors.eu/ and http://aquacolors.hr/, the purchase agreement is considered concluded at the moment of successful payment.
After a successful transaction, the customer receives the ticket and invoice via email.
Customer Obligations
The customer is required to present the ticket upon entry to Aquapark Aquacolors. The barcode on the ticket must be scanned to allow entry. The ticket must be kept throughout the entire stay in the park.
Prices and Fees
Ticket prices are clearly displayed throughout the purchase process. There are no hidden costs or additional fees. Payment is possible only with the cards listed in these terms.
Complaints
The customer has the right to submit a justified complaint in case the purchased tickets are not received.
The deadline for submitting a complaint is 10 days from the date of purchase.
Complaints must be sent in writing via email to: info@aquacolors.eu
In the case of a justified complaint, the customer is entitled to a ticket replacement or a refund.
Changes to Terms of Use
Aquapark Aquacolors d.o.o. reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
Privacy Protection
Aquapark Aquacolors collects only the essential data required to provide its services and uses it solely for that purpose. Data is accessible only to employees who require it for their work duties.
Customers have the right to request removal of their data from marketing lists.
